Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding and within property transfer.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the provisional awarding and not afetr the date set for the property trasfer.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.

In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Le Plan Régulateur Général classe les terrains comme suit:
- 3962/2 - 99% en zone Agricole d'intérêt local - 1% en Zone boisée - 87% en Zone cimetière - 100% en Zone P3 - moyenne
- 3963/4 - 77% en zone Agricole d'intérêt local - 23% en Zone boisée - 4% en Zone cimetière - 100% en Zone P3 - moyenne
- 3963/5 - 77% en zone Agricole d'intérêt local - 17% en Zone boisée - 6% en Zone résidentielle de complément - 100% en Zone P3 - moyenne
- 4741 80% en zone Agricole - 20% en Zone agricole d'intérêt local - 12% en Zone de protection environnementale - 94% en Zone P2 - basse - 6% en Zone P1 - négligeable ou absente
Il est à noter que l'accès au garage identifié à la feuille de terre 1817 et au terrain identifié à la partie foncière 4334/7 n'est possible que par la cour attenante du bien appartenant à la faillite identifiée à la feuille de terre 1685 incluse dans le Lot 1. Dans le cas où l'adjudicataire du Lot 1 serait une entité différente de l'adjudicataire du Lot 2, l'adjudicataire du lot 2 devra établir à ses propres frais le droit de servitude de passage sur la feuille de terre 1685 à CC Grigno.
Il est précisé que à l'intérieur de certains des biens sont actuellement stockés des matériaux tels que des déchets de production, du bois, du carton, ainsi que des contenants d'acides et de liquides de production. L'élimination de ces biens est à la charge de l'acheteur et doit être effectuée dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur.
