1. Viewing Conditions

2. Submission of Bids
To submit a bid, the bidder must follow the steps set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to this auction, pay the security deposit and submit the required documentation, as indicated below.
2.1. Security Deposit
Participation in the auction is subject to payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the bid price.

Please note:
- the payment reference must include the reference code issued by the system when submitting the irrevocable bid.
- The user must pay the security deposit sufficiently in advance of the deadline for submitting bids.
2.2. Documentation
In addition to payment of the security deposit, to be authorised to participate, the User must provide the following documents by uploading them in the "My Documents" section or by sending them to the certified email address [email protected]:
• Copy of the bank transfer receipt for the security deposit.
If the bidder is an INDIVIDUAL:
• Copy of a valid identity document of the Bidder, the person in whose name the Asset will be transferred (the transfer cannot be made in favour of a person other than the one who completes the registration, in accordance with the procedure described).
• Copy of the tax code (if the Bidder resides outside the country and does not have a tax code issued by the country's authorities, they must provide proof that they have applied to the Revenue Agency for a tax code).
• Valid residence permit, if the Bidder is a non-EU citizen.
• If the bidder is married under the community property regime, the spouse's corresponding details must also be provided, together with a copy of their identity document (this document is not required for authorisation to participate but will be required if the bid is successful).
• If the bidder is a minor/legally incapacitated/partially incapacitated/subject to support administration, a copy of the identity document and tax code of the bidder and of the person acting on their behalf, together with the relevant authorisation from the Guardianship Judge.
If the bidder is a LEGAL ENTITY:
• Company registration certificate (the document must have been issued within the 6 months preceding the date the bid is submitted); if the entity is not registered in the Companies Register, a copy of a valid and up-to-date certificate (dated no more than 6 months before submission of the bid) issued by the relevant authorities and/or the deed of incorporation/bylaws, and a document evidencing the authority of the person acting as its representative.
• Copy of a valid identity document of the person acting as the company's representative and, if that person lacks the necessary authority or is someone other than the legal representative with the necessary authority, a copy of the document evidencing their authority (e.g. Board of Directors' resolution, power of attorney, etc.).
• Copy of the tax code of the person acting as the company's representative.
• Any duly legalised translation of the company registration certificate, if the company is not Italian.
• Special power of attorney executed or authenticated by a notary, if participating through a representative.
For a joint bid or a bid submitted through an attorney-in-fact, a specific form must be requested from Gobid Group for submitting the bid and uploaded together with the required documentation. In all cases, a specific notarised power of attorney dated before submission of the bid must also be provided.
3. Payment of the Price and Transfer of Ownership
The time limits for payment of the Lot awarded and the costs associated with the sale will begin upon confirmation of the award, following which the transfer of ownership will be completed.
The transfer of ownership will be executed by means of a deed drawn up by a notary chosen by mutual agreement between the Parties.
Payment must be made by delivery of a non-transferable cashier's cheque payable to the Seller at the time of execution of the notarial deed, which must take place no later than 90 days from confirmation of the award, unless otherwise indicated.
All costs associated with the sale (tax and other charges, statutory taxes and notarial fees) shall be borne by the successful bidder; the successful bidder must pay these amounts within the same time limit, unless a shorter period is required to execute the transfer deed and is notified accordingly.
4. Auction Fees (Buyer’s Premium) and Payment Terms
Irrevocable purchase bids collected during Phase 1, as well as any bids placed during Phase 2, will be subject to auction fees (Buyer’s Premium) for the online auction management service.
The successful bidder must pay the Buyer’s Premium due to the auction house Gobid International Auction Group s.r.l., equal to 3,00%, calculated on the final hammer price, plus VAT, with a minimum fee of € 500.00, plus VAT.
The Buyer’s Premium, plus VAT, must be paid by the successful bidder within 10 days of the award.
