Deposit

Participation in the bidding process is subject to payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the bid price and a security deposit on the Buyer's Premium equal to 2% of the bid price.  

The security deposit and the deposit on the Buyer's Premium must be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Participation rules

Participation in this sale is governed by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice, which users are required to review.

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to rights of pre-emption, registrations of attachments and conservatory seizures, and any other encumbrances affecting the assets offered for sale, will be cancelled pursuant to Article 108 of the Bankruptcy Law once the sale has been completed and the price has been paid in full. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the buyer's expense and under their responsibility.

Payment deadline

Lots awarded to the user must be paid for in full within 90 days of the award.

The Buyer's Premium due (plus VAT) must be paid within 10 days of the award.

Expenses relating to the sale payable by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 90 days of the award.



Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot, including in the case of bids submitted within the deadline provided for under Article 107, paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
 
 
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied as set out in the following table:

The calculation base for the Buyer's Premium is divided into several tiers, each of which is subject to a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.

For each hammer price, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective tier, in accordance with the arrangements set out in the above table. 

The Buyer's Premium will be subject to a minimum charge of € 500,00 (+ 22% VAT where applicable) as the minimum commission to be invoiced if the applicable percentage of the sale value is lower


VAT on the Lot: The applicable VAT rate may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).


In the event of any disputes concerning the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions displayed on the platform, which may have been translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.

Некретнина је тренутно заузета. Покретне ствари које се налазе унутар некретнине нису предмет продаје. Све ствари које буду затечене након окончања продаје купац је дужан да уклони о сопственом трошку.
