With the submission of the offer, the bidder declares to have fully reviewed and to fully accept these conditions of sale and all documentation made available. If there is a notice of sale attached to the auction/advertisement file, with the submission of the offer, the bidder declares to have reviewed and to accept the conditions set out therein, with respect to which these conditions of sale are to be understood as an extract. The bidder further declares to have examined and accepted all documentation made available for the purposes of participation.

Deposit

Participation in the collection is subject to the payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the offered price.

Participation rules

Participation in this sale is governed by the conditions set out in the attached Notice of Sale that the user must consult.

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to pre-emption rights, registrations of garnishments and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance on the goods put up for sale will be cancelled pursuant to art. 108 of the Italian Bankruptcy Law once the sale is completed and the price has been fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder.

Payment deadline

The lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 90 days from the award.

The Buyer's Premium due must be paid within 20 days from the award.

The sale-related expenses borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notary fees) must be paid within 90 days from the award



Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot also in the case of bids received within the deadline provided by art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
 
 
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied according to the methods shown in the following table:

The calculation base of the Buyer’s Premium is divided into several tiers, each of which is matched with a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.

For each hammer price, the corresponding Buyer’s Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective reference tier, according to the methods shown in the above table. 

VAT: VAT at 22,00% of the sale price will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).
The applicable VAT rate may vary as required by law.



In the event of any disputes relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions stated on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.

Lóðirnar sem um ræðir falla í svæði sem er eingöngu ætlað fyrir framleiðslu, stjórnað af 14. gr. tæknilegra framkvæmdarreglna aðalskipulagsins (P.R.G.) sem gera ráð fyrir byggingu eingöngu fyrir iðnað og handverk, með algjörri undanskilningu íbúðarhúsnæðis.
Lóðirnar voru hluti af deiliskipulagi framkvæmda fyrir svæði L-I (iðnaðarstaðsetningu) samþykkt með ályktun bæjarstjórnar nr. 134 frá 09/08/1988, ásamt ályktun bæjarstjórnar nr. 4 frá 19/04/1989.
Þessi skipulagning varð óvirk að því leyti sem hún var ekki framkvæmd, en samt sem áður er skylt að fylgja þeim samræmingum og svæðisákvæðum sem skipulagið setur.
