By submitting the offer, the bidder declares that they have fully reviewed and fully accept these conditions of sale and all documentation made available. If a sale notice is attached to the auction sheet/listing, by submitting the offer, the bidder declares that they have reviewed and accept the conditions set out therein, in relation to which these conditions of sale are to be understood as an extract. The bidder further declares that they have examined and accepted all documentation made available for the purposes of participation.

Deposit

Participation in the collection is subject to payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the offered price.

Participation rules

Participation in this sale is governed by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice, which the user must consult.

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to rights of first refusal, recordings of attachments and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance burdening the goods put up for sale will be cancelled pursuant to Article 108 of the Bankruptcy Law once the sale has been executed and the price has been fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder.

Payment deadline

The lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 120 days from the award.

The Buyer's Premium due (plus VAT) must be paid within 10 days from the award.

The sale-related costs borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 120 days from the award



Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot even in the case of offers received within the deadline provided for by art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).


The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied as illustrated in the following table:

The calculation base of the Buyer’s Premium is divided into different tiers, each of which is matched with a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.

For each award price, the corresponding Buyer’s Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated for each respective reference tier, in the manner illustrated in the above table.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of € 500,00 (+ VAT at 22% where applicable) as the minimum billable commission if the reference percentage applied to the sale value is lower


VAT on the Lot: The VAT application rate may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the award price of each lot (where applicable).


In the event of any disputes arising relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
