SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Auction duration

3. Formulation of the offer
In order to formulate its offer, the bidder is required to observe the steps indicated in the General Conditions of Sale applied to this experiment, to pay the security deposit and to send the necessary documentation, as indicated below.
3.1. Security deposit
Participation in the experiment is subject to the payment of a mandatory security deposit of € EUR 20.000,00.
The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Caution:
- The reason for the transfer must indicate the reason code issued by the system when formulating the irrevocable offer.
- The user must pay the security deposit well in advance of the end of the auction.
3.2. Documentation
In addition to crediting the security deposit, the User, in order to be enabled to participate, must provide the following documents by uploading them in the "My Documents" section or by sending them to the certified email address [email protected]:
- Accounting copy of the transfer made as a security deposit.
If the bidder is a NATURAL PERSON:
- Copy of a valid identity document of the Bidder, the person in whose favour the transfer of the Asset will be arranged (it will not be possible to arrange the transfer in favour of a person other than the one signing the registration, according to the procedure described).
- Copy of the tax code (if the Bidder resides outside the territory of the State and does not have a tax code issued by the State authority, he must produce the certification of the request for the tax code to the Revenue Agency).
- Valid residence permit, if the Bidder is a non-EU citizen.
- If the bidder is married under the legal community of property regime, the corresponding data of the spouse must also be indicated, with the relative copy of the identity document (document not binding for the purposes of authorization but required in the event of adjudication).
- If the bidder is a minor/interdicted/incapacitated/subject to support administration, a copy of the identity document and related tax code of the bidder, of the person acting in his name and of the relative authorization of the Tutelary Judge.
If the bidder is a LEGAL PERSON:
- Chamber of Commerce certificate (the document must have been issued within 6 months prior to the date of the offer was made); in the event that the subject is not registered in the Register of Companies, a copy of a valid and updated certificate (dated no earlier than 6 months from the submission of the offer) issued by the competent authorities and/or memorandum of association/articles of association, and a document certifying the powers of the person acting as representative.
- Copy of a valid identity document of the person acting on behalf of the company and, if he or she does not have the necessary powers or if it is a person other than the legal representative with the necessary powers, a copy of the deed from which the relevant powers result (e.g. BoD Minutes, Power of Attorney, etc.).
- Copy of the tax code of the person acting on behalf of the company.
- Any duly legalized translation of the chamber of commerce certificate, if the company is not Italian.
- Special power of attorney received or authenticated by the notary, in the case of participation through a representative.
In the case of a joint bid or bid submitted through an attorney, it will be necessary to request a special form from Gobid Group for the formulation of the bid, to be uploaded together with the required documentation. In any case, it will also be necessary to produce a special notarial power of attorney with a date prior to the formulation of the offer.
4. Method of payment of the price and transfer of ownership
From the Confirmation of the award, the terms for providing for the payment of the Lot subject to the award, the expenses related to the sale, with the consequent completion of the transfer of ownership, will run.
The transfer of ownership will be arranged by a Notary deed designated by the Seller.
Payment must be made by delivery of a non-transferable cashier's check made out to the Seller, at the time of the notarial deed, to be made no later than 60 days from the Confirmation of Award, unless otherwise indicated.
The successful bidder is responsible for all expenses related to the sale (tax and non-tax charges, legal taxes, notary fees); The successful bidder will be required to pay these sums within the same term, unless a shorter deadline is necessary to conclude the deed of transfer that may be communicated.
5. Buyer's Premium Auction Fees and Payment Terms
The winning bidder will be charged with the auction fees (Buyer's Premium), plus VAT, due to Gobid Group for the management of the experiment; the amount will be calculated at [param:bp]% (plus 22% VAT), on the hammer price, with a minimum commission of € 500.00, plus VAT.
The Buyer's Premium, plus VAT, must be paid by the winning bidder within [param: ggPagamentoBP] days from the award.
