Availability of Lots
Any registrations relating to rights of preemption, transcriptions of foreclosures and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance on the goods put up for sale will be cancelled pursuant to art. 108 of the Bankruptcy Law once the sale has been executed and the price has been fully collected. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the expense of the procedure.
Payment deadlineThe lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 60 days of the award and in any case no later than the date set for the transfer of ownership.
The Buyer's Premium due must be paid within 10 days of the award.
The costs relating to the sale borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, legal duties, notary fees) must be paid within 60 days of the award and in any case no later than the date set for the transfer of ownership
Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot even in the case of offers received within the deadline provided for by art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied according to the methods illustrated in the following table:

The calculation basis of the Buyer's Premium is divided into different tiers, each of which is matched with a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.
For each award price, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective reference tier, according to the methods illustrated in the above table.
VAT: The VAT rate may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the award price of each lot (where applicable).
In the event of any disputes relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions reported on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
