Submission of the Offer
In order to submit its offer, the bidder must follow the steps indicated in the General Conditions of Sale applicable to this procedure, pay the security deposit, and provide the required documentation as specified below.
Security Deposit
Participation in the procedure is subject to the payment of a mandatory security deposit equal to 10% of the offered price.
The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Attention:
The payment reference must indicate the reference code issued by the system during the formulation of the irrevocable offer.
The user must arrange payment of the security deposit well in advance of the deadline for submitting offers.
Documentation
In addition to crediting the security deposit, the User, in order to be enabled to participate, must provide the following documents by uploading them in the “My Documents” section or by sending them to the certified email address [email protected]:
- Accounting copy of the bank transfer made as a security deposit.
If the bidder is a NATURAL PERSON:
- Copy of a valid identity document of the person in whose favour the transfer of the Asset will be arranged (it will not be possible to arrange the transfer in favour of a person other than the one who completes the registration, according to the procedure described below).
- Copy of the tax identification code.
- If the bidder is married under the legal community of property regime, the bidder must also provide the spouse’s corresponding personal details, together with a copy of the spouse’s identity document (this document is not required for the purpose of authorisation but will be required in the event of award).
- If the bidder is a minor/interdicted/incapacitated, the offer must be signed by the guardian, with the authorisation of the guardianship judge attached.
If the bidder is a LEGAL PERSON:
- Chamber of Commerce certificate (issued no more than 6 months prior to the date the offer is submitted).
- Copy of a valid identity document of the person who signed the offer on behalf of the company and, if such person does not hold the required signing powers or is not the legal representative, a copy of the deed proving the relevant powers.
- Copy of the tax identification code of the person who signed the offer.
- Any duly legalised translation of the Chamber of Commerce certificate, if the company is not Italian.
- Special power of attorney executed or authenticated before a notary, in case of participation through a representative.
Payment of the Price and Transfer of Ownership
From the Confirmation of Award, the deadlines for paying the Lot awarded and all expenses connected with the sale — resulting in the completion of the transfer of ownership — will begin.
The transfer of ownership will be executed by a Notary designated by the Seller.
Payment must be made by delivering a non-transferable cashier’s cheque made out to the Seller, at the time of the notarial deed, to be carried out no later than 90 days from the Confirmation of Award, unless otherwise indicated.
All expenses related to the sale (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notary fees) are borne by the successful bidder; these amounts must be paid within the same deadline, unless a shorter period is required to execute the deed of transfer, which may be communicated.
Buyer’s Premium (Auction Fees) and Payment Terms
Irrevocable offers submitted during Phase 1, as well as any bids made during Phase 2, will be subject to auction fees (Buyer’s Premium) for the online management service of the procedure.
The successful bidder must pay the Buyer’s Premium due to the Auction House Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l., plus VAT, equal to 4,00%, calculated on the final hammer price, plus VAT, with a minimum commission of €500.00, plus VAT.
The Buyer’s Premium, plus VAT, must be paid by the successful bidder within 10 days from the award.
