- Formalization of the first offer - Constitution of the auction base
Following the registration request, the Agent will send a specific form for the formalization of the offer to the email address provided by the user.
In order to formalize the offer, the user must complete and sign the form indicating the price offered, providing the documentation required in point 4.2.1. of the general sales conditions.
The offer form must be returned to the PEC address [email protected]
The offer will be binding and considered as an irrevocable purchase commitment.
It is advisable to complete the presentation of the offer well in advance of the end of the auction in order to allow the regular performance of the formalization of the offer.
- Formulation of offers after the first and formulation of the raises
The offer, formalized for the first bidder, may be exceeded by higher amount bets, formulated by any authorized user.
For offers subsequent to the first one, the forecasts indicated in point 5.1 of the general conditions of sale will apply, specifically:The combined receipt of the deposit, the formalization of the auction registration - with express acceptance of the general and specific sales conditions, published online on www.gobidreal.it - and of the user's sending of all the documentation required to support, as specified in point 4.2.1 of the general conditions, will be considered equivalent to an irrevocable offer to purchase at the price set as the starting price for each sales experiment and will itself constitute a binding commitment to purchase by the user.

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Property transfer
The transfer of ownership will take place within and no later than 31/12/2025, unless otherwise indication of the Procedure, after full payment of the hammer price, the buyer's premium and expenses by means of a notarial deed according to the methods established by the Mandator.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within and no later than date set for property transfer.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 5 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within and no later than date set for property transfer.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,00% + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
The Buyer's Premium will have a minimum amount of € 500.00 (+ VAT at 22% where applicable) as minimum commissions billable if the reference percentage applied to the sales value is lower
VAT on Lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
