Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of EUR 5.400,00.
Deposit has to be paid in one of the following ways:

Payment deadline
Payment for the lot must be made in accordance with the provisions of the draft business lease agreement attached to the auction sheet, to which reference is made for any further information.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the provisional awarding.
The company lease agreement will be signed only after full payment of the awarding price, unless otherwise indicated by the Principal, the expenses and the Buyer's Premium, by means of a notarial deed according to the methods established by the Principal himself.
Buyer's Premium:
equal to one month (plus VAT) calculated on the annual rent resulting from the award at the end of the auction
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
L'Azienda la comprende minga i debiti e i crediti antecedenti alla data de efficacia dell'affitto che restano esclusivamente a carico della Concedente.
Le scorte di magazzino, attualmente minga esistenti, non i è comprese nel compendio aziendale oggetto del presente avviso. Se i esistissin alla data de stipula del contratto d'affitto d'azienda, i vegnaran ceduti al valor de costo dalla Concedente alla Conduttrice all'atto della messa in possesso del complesso aziendale. I vegnaran regolarmente fatturati e el corrispettivo, comprensivo de IVA, 'l vegnara corrisposto dal conduttore in sei rate mensili a decorrere dal mese de emissione della fattura.
La Concedente la se obbliga a trasferire all'Affittuaria le autorizzazioni necessarie se ed in quanto inerenti all'esercizio dell'attività affittata; tale trasferimento l'avrà efficacia fino alla scadenza dell'affitto dell'azienda.
El contratto d'affitto d'azienda l'è soggetto alla condizione sospensiva che la Regione Emilia Romagna, con presa d'atto o atto equipollente, autorizzi el subentro della società Affittuaria nelle autorizzazioni che i è in capo alla ditta in Amministrazione Giudiziaria.
L'affitto l'avrà durata de cinque anni. L'è facoltà della Concedente richiedere, almeno tre mesi prima della scadenza, la proroga della durata del presente contratto.
L'attività la vegn svolta in un immobile de proprietà de terzi. El contratto, registrato el 22/10/2015, l'ha una durata de 6 anni con una prima scadenza al 04/10/2021 ed l'è staa rinnovato per ulteriori 6 anni, quindi fino al 04/10/2027, e contiene clausola de proroga tacita.
