Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Allar lóðir falla undir skipulagssvæði sem er afmarkað í gildandi P.R.G. með skammstöfuninni PL32, sem er stjórnað samkvæmt 7. – 9. – 10. – 11. – 19. – 27. grein N.T.A.
Skipulagið gerir ráð fyrir að mynda 24 lóðir, þar af tvær með blandaða viðskipta/búsetu; á hinum er gert ráð fyrir að byggja ein- og tveggja fjölskyldu byggingar og raðhús. Heildarflatarmál svæðisins samkvæmt landmælingum er 21.530 ferm. sem er aðeins minna en skráð flatarmál sem er 22.091 ferm.
Heildarflatarmál byggingarlóða er 12.919 ferm. með heildarbyggingarkapaciteti 3.183 ferm. (slp).
Aðrar opnar svæði eru ætlaðar til gróðurs og bílastæða í meira magni en staðlað (2.435 ferm. í stað 1.736 sem er áætlun) og til opinberra og einkavega.
