Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
In der Nähe befindet sich auch das monumentale Gebäude namens "Castello del Catajo", dessen Vorhandensein kürzlich stark die Bebaubarkeit des Gebiets beeinflusst hat, wie sowohl im Gutachten als auch insbesondere im beigefügten Auszug der rechtlichen Stellungnahme besser angegeben.
Das Gebiet, das Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist, ist teilweise von vorübergehenden Besetzungen und Enteignungen betroffen, um die Arbeiten für die dritte Spur des Autobahnabschnitts A13 - Monselice/Padova durchzuführen.
Insgesamt beträgt die Fläche, die der Enteignung unterliegt, 8.337 qm.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass das betreffende Los, vorbehaltlich der unbestreitbaren Bewertung des Verfahrens, Gegenstand eines teilweisen Angebots sein kann, wie nachfolgend angegeben:
- LOS 1A, einschließlich der Parzellen 54 - 106 - 596 für eine Gesamtfläche von 53.150 qm
- LOS 1B, einschließlich der Parzellen 527 - 529 - 534 - 537 - 539 - 540 - 598 - 378 - 379 - 72 - 299 - 721 - 722 - 595 - 627 - für eine Gesamtfläche von 66.635 qm.
Im Falle der Annahme des Angebots trägt der Käufer die Kosten für die Teilung.
Etwaige Kaufangebote für das geteilte Los werden in jedem Fall vom Verfahren nach Abschluss des Experiments nach eigenem Ermessen bewertet.
