The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Tutti i mappali ricadono all’interno di un piano di lottizzazione perimetrato definito nel P.R.G. vigente con la sigla PL32 normato ai sensi degli art. 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 delle N.T.A.
Il planivolumetrico prevede la formazione di 24 lotti di cui due a destinazione mista commerciale/residenziale; sui restanti si prevede la realizzazione di edifici mono e bifamiliare e di una stecca di unità a schiera. La superficie complessiva dell’area da rilievo topografico risulta pari a mq 21.530 leggermente inferiore a quella catastale che assomma a 22.091 mq.
La superficie complessiva dei lotti edificabili risulta pari a mq 12.919 aventi nel complesso una capacità edificatoria di mq 3.183 (slp).
Le restanti aree scoperte sono destinate a verde e parcheggi in quantità superiore agli standard (mq 2.435 a fronte dei 1.736 previsti di piano) ed a viabilità pubblica e privata.
