Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
I terreni a seminativo in asciuttu sunnu tutti ottimi dû puntu di vista produttivu. Tranne un appezzamentu a favetta, sunnu tutti destinati prevalentemente a frumento duro, cu un blend di Cv. "Brigante" mediamente a ca. lu 75 % e Cv. "Acadur" mediamente a ca. lu 25 %.
I terreni a seminativo irrigu sunnu destinati prevalentemente alla cultuvazioni di carciofi; sunnu prisenti puru destinazioni a cavolfiori e terreni in preparazioni a culturi ortivi primaverili-estivi.
Tutti i terreni cu sta destinazioni colturali, risultanu cultivati abusivamenti di terzi.
Sunnu prisenti dei casolari diroccati, un tempu abitazioni e depositi pi attrezzi agricoli, a eccezzioni di dui strutturi, realizzati pi ospitari li centralini di impianti fotovoltaici.
Tutti risultanu privi di qualsiasi titolo autorizzativu cumunali e realizzati prevalentemente prima dû 1967, a eccezzioni di li dui strutturi realizzati recentementi pi ospitari li centralini di impianti fotovoltaici.
Alcuni sunnu stati realizzati cu l’Ente Riforma e successivamente ampliati, prima di essiri abbandunati.
