Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Suha semena so vsa odlična z vidika pridelave. Razen enega zemljišča s fižolom, so vsa namenjena predvsem trdemu pšenici, z mešanico Cv. "Brigante" povprečno okoli 75 % in Cv. "Acadur" povprečno okoli 25 %.
Namakana semena so namenjena predvsem pridelavi artičok; prisotne so tudi namene za cvetačo in zemljišča v pripravi za pomladno-poletne vrtnarske pridelke.
Vsa zemljišča s to kmetijsko usmeritvijo so nezakonito obdelana s strani tretjih oseb.
Prisotni so ruševni kmetijski objekti, nekoč stanovanja in skladišča za kmetijske pripomočke, razen dveh objektov, zgrajenih za namestitev central fotovoltaičnih sistemov.
Vsi so brez kakršnegakoli dovoljenja občine in so bili zgrajeni predvsem pred letom 1967, razen dveh objektov, zgrajenih nedavno za namestitev central fotovoltaičnih sistemov.
Nekateri so bili zgrajeni s pomočjo Reforma in kasneje razširjeni, preden so bili opuščeni.
