Lots Availability
The buyer will be responsible for notary fees, legal taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, whether fiscal or otherwise. Communication regarding the exact amount of the charges and their correct specification will be made by the Principal as soon as possible.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

El proget realizzà fa part de un Piano de Lottizzazione denominà "Le Quinte" Comparto C1 UMI 5/B. La Concessione edilizia (All. 5), riporta la seguent intestazion:
Costruzion de un complesso Alberghiero Residenziale Commerciale (C.E. 37/95), e Costruzion de un complesso a destinazion Casa Albergo Residence Alberghiero Residenziale Commerciale (C.E. 77/2002). A tal proposito risulta che la destinazion d'uso l'è donca alberghiera. El Comune de Monticello Conte Otto, sentì el tecnico comunale, ha evidenzià de avè agl atti una pratica de richiesta de cambio de destinazion d'uso in residenziale ormai però scaduda pe ril mancà pagament de i oneri. è comunque possibil effettuà el cambio de destinazion in residenziale con obbligo de presentar una perizia che dimostr el non superament de i limit de legge relativament all'inquinament elettromagnetic, con riferiment all'elettrodot aere passant in prossimità dell'immòbel. Risulta donca necessaria una perizia tecnica che dimostr el rispett de i limit normativi, e l'autorizzazion da part de Terna SpA, oltre ovviament al pagament de i oneri de urbanizzazion, del cost de costruzion e de le spese de segreteria.
