Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Allar lóðirnar falla innan lóðaáætlunar sem er skilgreind í gildandi PRG með merkinu PL32 samkvæmt greinum 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 N.T.A.
Planið fyrir sviðið felur í sér myndun 24 lóða, þar af tvær með blandaða viðskipta-/íbúðarstofnun; á hinum er ætlað að byggja einkahús og tvíbýli og raðhús. Heildarflatarmál sviðsins frá landmælingu er 21.530 fermetrar, sem er smáar en það sem er í landamatnum sem er 22.091 fermetrar.
Heildarflatarmál byggbærar lóða er 12.919 fermetrar sem hefur byggingarhæfni á 3.183 fermetrum (slp).
Afgangur óhuldra svæða er ætlað grænum svæðum og bílastæðum sem eru meiri en staðlað (2.435 fermetrar miðað við 1.736 sem eru áætlaðir í skipulagi) og opinberri og einkavegi.
