Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
The payment of the balance of the price must take place within a period not exceeding 60 days from the provisional award.
The Buyer's Premium due must be paid within 10 days of the award.
The expenses relating to the sale to be paid by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, legal taxes, notary charges) must be paid within 60 days of the provisional award.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

TECHNICKÁ PRAVIDLA PRO PROVEDENÍ PLATNÉHO PGT V BRESCI
• Čl. 85. Oblasti krajinného a environmentálního hodnoty PR určuje "Oblasti krajinné a environmentální hodnoty" podle čl. 10 písm. c.) bod 2, zákona č. 12/2005.

Jsou povoleny "Služby a vybavení" (S) (s vyloučením technologických služeb), "Manažerské aktivity", "Rezidence", Pobytové aktivity, Řemeslné služby (s výjimkou opravy motorových vozidel) a Výroba nemateriálních statků. Jsou vyloučeny "Výrobní a logistické aktivity" a Obchodní aktivity
• Čl. 86. Zvláštní ustanovení pro Místní park zájmu nadobecného (PLIS) pahorků a jeho rozšíření na Mella - V oblastech ochrany uvnitř obvodu Místního parku zájmu nadobecného pahorků Brescie uznávaného usnesením Provinční rady ze dne 22. listopadu 2002 č. 547 jsou sledovány cíle ochrany a posílení přírodního prostředí a podpora zemědělství. V tomto smyslu je podporováno obnovení zemědelských a lesnických postupů.
Dále upozorňujeme, že ohledně zjištěných odchylek na nemovitosti a uvedených v posudku, město ve Stavební komisi rozhodne o demolici nebo o uplatnění sankce, odhadnuté znalcem a již odečtené z prodejní ceny (str. 70 posudku).
Upozorňujeme také na katastrální a urbanistické odchylky.
