Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
L'outil de mise en œuvre permettant le développement des zones a été approuvé par la C.E.C. le 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) et adopté par le Conseil Municipal de Marsciano le 30-07-02 et avec le schéma de Convention pour la réalisation des travaux d'urbanisation approuvé par le même Conseil Municipal le 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Par délibération n. 5 du C.C. du 21-01-2005 et approbation du 27-04-2005 n. 68, des autorisations ont été accordées pour les modifications de redistribution du stationnement - modification de certains accès aux lots - redimensionnement des parcours et mise à jour des caractéristiques des services publics;
Avec des variantes au plan de mise en œuvre imposées par la Région de l'Ombrie lors de l'évaluation de l'incidence environnementale avec la décision de la direction n. 11690 du 18-12-2009 et autorisée par la Délibération n.47 du C.C. du 22-06-2010, des modifications ont été apportées au redimensionnement des volumes de projet - distribution différente des volumes de projet - nouveau schéma de plantation - prescriptions sur les revêtements de sol des parkings - prescriptions techniques à utiliser lors de l'exécution des travaux - prolongation de la date limite.
