Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Es fa saber que, posteriorment a l'avaluació de les ofertes irrevocables rebudes i en presència d'ofertes irrevocables de compra sobre el lot Complet, vàlides segons l'avís de venda, podran ser admesos a participar en la subhasta sobre el mateix lot Complet també els oferents dels lots individuals.
A aquest efecte, els oferents, informats de l'èxit de la recollida d'ofertes, hauran d'enviar tan aviat com sigui possible una sol·licitud a través de correu electrònic certificat a la Procedura i a la Gobid International Auction Group Srl en la qual manifestin la seva intenció de competir exclusivament en la compra del lot Complet, integrant el dipòsit de garantia en la mesura de la diferència entre el que ja s'hagi pagat com a garantia pel mateix oferent en la presentació de l'oferta irrevocable i el 10% del preu base del lot Complet indicat en l'avís. L'oferent haurà, per tant, de transmetre de la manera anteriorment indicada una còpia comptable del pagament realitzat com a integració de la garantia, que haurà de ser acreditada al compte corrent a nom de GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl per a la participació en la subhasta.
Es precisa que la participació en la subhasta sobre el lot Complet exclourà la participació del mateix oferent en la possible subhasta sobre el lot individual.
