Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Informamos que, após a avaliação das ofertas irrevogáveis recebidas e na presença de ofertas irrevogáveis de compra no lote Completo, válidas de acordo com o aviso de venda, os ofertantes dos lotes individuais também poderão ser admitidos a participar da competição no mesmo lote Completo.
Para isso, os ofertantes, informados do resultado da coleta de ofertas, deverão enviar o mais rápido possível um pedido via pec ao Procedimento e à Gobid International Auction Group Srl no qual manifestem sua intenção de concorrer exclusivamente à compra do lote Completo, complementando o depósito caução na medida da diferença entre o valor já pago como caução pelo mesmo ofertante na fase de apresentação da oferta irrevogável e 10% do preço base do lote Completo indicado no aviso. O ofertante deverá, portanto, enviar nas modalidades acima indicadas uma cópia contábil do pagamento efetuado como complemento da caução, que deverá ser creditada na conta corrente em nome de GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl para fins de participação na competição.
Esclarecemos que a participação na competição no lote Completo exclui a participação do mesmo ofertante na eventual competição no lote individual.
