Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to pre-emption rights, transcriptions of foreclosures and conservatory seizures and any other encumbrance on the goods put up for sale will be cancelled once the sale has been completed and the price has been fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation shall be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder.

Payment deadline

The lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 60 days of the award.

The Buyer's Premium due (plus VAT) must be paid within 10 days of the award.

Sale-related expenses charged to the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 60 days of the award  



Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot.
 
 
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied according to the methods shown in the following table:

The calculation basis of the Buyer's Premium is divided into different tiers, each of which corresponds to a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.

For each hammer price, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective reference tier, according to the methods shown in the table above.


VAT: The VAT rate applied may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).

In the event of any disputes arising regarding the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
