Availability of Lots
Any registrations relating to rights of preemption, transcriptions of seizures and conservatory attachments and any other encumbrance on the assets put up for sale, will be cancelled pursuant to art. 108 of the Bankruptcy Law once the sale has been completed and the price fully collected. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder.
Payment deadlineThe lots awarded to the user must be paid in full within 90 days from the award.
The Buyer's Premium due (plus VAT) must be paid within 10 days from the award.
The costs relating to the sale borne by the buyer (tax and non-tax charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 90 days from the award
Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot even in the case of bids received by the deadline provided by art. 107 paragraph 4 (Bankruptcy Law).
The aforementioned percentage charge will be applied according to the methods shown in the following table:

The Buyer's Premium will have a minimum amount of € 500.00 (+ 22% VAT where applicable) as the minimum billable commission if the reference percentage applied to the sale value is lower.
The calculation base of the Buyer's Premium is divided into different tiers, each of which corresponds to a decreasing rate as the tiers increase.
For each hammer price, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on each respective reference tier, according to the methods shown in the above table.
VAT on the Lot: The VAT rate may vary as required by law and will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).
In the event of any disputes arising regarding the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.

Titolarità del dirìt
El ben el ven vendù per la piena proprietà (100/100).
A tal fin se precisa che la procedura concorsual l'è titolar de la quota 1/2 del ben; la quota residua la ven cedùda insèma a la quota in titolarità de la procedura, in forza de espressa autorizzazion e delega conferìda a la stessa, consentendo pertanto la vendita de l'intrega piena proprietà.
